The house is in a magnificent location, it’s beautiful, the service was exceptional, the bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything you could need; thanks for the details like coffee, small chocolates, and great kindness—an unbeatable experience.

“I will definitely use again next time I am riding at Caldwell Park”

I was doing a track day at nearby Caldwell Park, and this place was perfectly located and close to Louth for food and drinks in the evening; it’s a lovely spot and it’s clear the owners have put a lot of thought and effort into the accommodation, the parking felt very secure for my van and track bike, and it was very clean.

“Nice relaxing two night stay”

A comfy bed, a wide selection of coffee and tea on the tray, lovely hosts, and a patio full of well‑kept flowers made for a very relaxing stay—nothing to dislike.

“Tranquility”

The room was large and comfortable, but the bed was too soft for my preference.

“A delightful haven”

Judith and Richard anticipated every need, and besides a cozy room, I enjoyed their charming garden.
