I loved the manager soher . he was very helpful. The rest were pretty lousy at responding or being available and the cleaning staff did not clean my room on time for my arrival . and then I asked them to not enter my room when am away and they kept entering ~ changing my towel and arranging my bed when I specifically mentioned I like my privacy. Them entering my room despite my request , and the lack of assistance when I needed help with data and making it to my appointment

The spot is convenient, but the building feels old and dirty, there's no shampoo in the room, everything looks outdated, and we had trouble with the key—couldn't open or close the door properly.
