We liked that breakfast offered a hot egg and a hamburger, the neatly made beds were comfortable, there were cleaning products in the bathroom, the room was tidy and spacious, and coffee and hot chocolate were free. We arrived as a group of five, but were told the pull‑out sofa bed we had booked via Booking was no longer available. We were moved into three different rooms to test the sofa beds; in two rooms the sofa beds were broken and unusable by that late hour, while in the third room the sofa bed was fine. The front desk staff were friendly and tried to find a suitable sofa bed, but we expected that if a problem existed that wasn’t listed on Booking, they would give us an extra room since there was no roll‑away single bed to fit. So if you’re a group of five, it’s not recommended at all! The linens weren’t very fresh or luxurious. The pool was closed at 20:00 or even 19:00, unlike other hotels where the pool stayed open until 23:00. We were told the next day it would open, but it was still closed. From the outside the water didn’t look clear or clean.

The hotel was close to my daughter’s house, but the noise from above our room was very loud.
