The place was not ready to receive guests, only one staff member was present and hard to reach, the room was okay but the whole property was under repair and we couldn’t find food inside or outside; we even had to leave early because it was uncomfortable at all.

“Sun Temple Pyramid Rooftop Views + Digital Nomad Heaven in Calm Ancient Lands!”

TRAVELER MUST! This space was a blessing after hectic, noisy stays in Cairo. I liked being close to the city yet in a more ancient, rural setting. Large, expensive villas surround the area. The space was calming, I loved the view and proximity to the Sun Temple and the short drive to Saqqara. Sunbathing on the roof and evening tea are essential! As a digital nomad, I had more than a dozen seating spots with excellent Wi‑Fi. The room itself was simple, had everything I needed, and plenty of hot water. Imad, the staff during my stay, was a lovely, kind man who brought me tea on short notice. I’d love to return as a solo traveler and will bring friends for an excellent experience next time. Mosquitoes/gnats can be a challenge in Egypt, so I recommend a mosquito candle or spray to make any day more comfortable. This is not a fault of the host or property, just sharing advice.

The booking page should have a front‑door photo; many hotels have this to make it easier to find.

The location is amazing, and the roof gives a direct view of the Sakara pyramids, though you can't actually visit them because the area is a military exclusion zone. The outdoor space is beautifully designed, the rooms are simple and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
