The room was beautiful with a view of the pasture, but you have to drive to the village, so you can’t be in nature and in the town center at the same time.

The establishment is nice, spacious, easy to access, with a wonderful location, and the room and bar/restaurant views are a real plus. However, the rooms are not warm (this is a personal opinion), they’re large with good bedding but lack soul. The bathroom is even more annoying – there’s a deafening ventilation as soon as you enter, which is really unpleasant. There was also a lot of tartar around the drain and at the base of the sink tap… a deal‑breaker for a 3‑star hotel and even more so for a 4‑star one! The towels, which should have been white, were all gray… not great for that level. On the bright side, the staff at the bar and restaurant were very pleasant, dinner was pretty good and well presented. So I wasn’t completely thrilled with the hotel; I had stayed the previous night at a 3‑star hotel in Lot that was perfect, so the disappointment was even greater for Mildiss Hôtel, especially after reading all the glowing reviews… maybe I got a less good room than the others?
