The location is great, on a wide pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants and shops. Storage includes a wardrobe with hangers and shelves. There’s a fridge, a desk area, a kettle and tea. The bathroom is small but has storage. No negatives.

Central spot in La Spezia, right next to the station—ideal for getting around and reaching the Cinque Terre. The room was inside an apartment that smelled stale and mold as soon as we entered. The room itself was tiny and the bed was on a raised step that we didn’t notice until we arrived (I was about to leave the meniscus in La Spezia). The bathroom was very small and the shower had no hot water.
