“Comfy, clean, beautiful place to stay with charming hosts”

We booked the house with its big balconies for a weekend with my two little girls (4 and 6) and my parents. The hosts actually chased us down when we took a wrong turn and made sure we got there safely, then met us late at night with chocolate and fresh bread. The rooms are roomy and comfy, the garden views are gorgeous and quiet after dark, and there’s a pool, a short walking trail, farm animals and even a little water‑fountain feature to watch.

The service from Mrs. Ligia and Don Agustín was top‑notch, and Marcela’s cooking was delicious. The only downside was that some stretches of the road are still unpaved, which made the drive a bit bumpy. Apart from that, everything else was spot on.

“Un Destino Imperdible: Naturaleza, Pájaros y Calidez Humana”

Our time at this beautiful lodge was unforgettable; Mrs. Ligia treated us like family and went above and beyond with her care. The site itself is a little oasis in the middle of nature, perfect for relaxing and watching the local wildlife, especially the birdwatching around Aratoca. A huge thank‑you to Mrs. Ligia for making it such a special experience.
