There was communication from our check in host prior to our visit, and facility was neat, clean and had the "little things" you would expect from a guest house, like a lavender leaf on the towels, and a chocolate on the pillow, but what surprised us was the offer of a welcome drink on arrival!

The place was absolutely immaculate, with gardens that were so well maintained. They mixed up my booking and upgraded me to a self‑catering room with a bath. The room featured a full kitchen stove, conventional microwave, fridge, and washing machine, plus a lounge area and seating area. My room was huge, the bed super comfy, and the underfloor heating was a great bonus. I had my own private garden with a braai area and outdoor furniture. Breakfast was freshly made and the fireplace was welcoming. Everyone who works there was courteous and friendly. This place feels like a home away from home—a real gem! Nothing to complain about.
