Overall cleanliness was good, and though the property feels a bit old, it’s well maintained. The location is very convenient for attending events in BITEC, just a 5‑minute taxi ride away. The breakfast buffet could offer more continental dishes and hot food.

“Sucks!!!!!!”

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in the last few years. 1. The location is terrible; it takes a 30‑minute walk to BITEC, which isn’t walkable, and the shuttle bus service is infrequent and practically useless. In the evening, I had to wait over an hour to catch a Grab taxi back from BITEC. 2. The shower water pressure is extremely weak; while hot water does come out, the volume is incredibly low, making it fine for washing hands but not for bathing or washing hair, and the resulting chill actually caused me to catch a cold. 3. The bathroom was not clean. 4. There were swarms of small flies in the restaurant. 5. I paid over $50 a night for such a low‑quality hotel, a total rip‑off, and they refused to accommodate a change to my checkout date. (This was the only hotel with vacancies during the trade show season when all others were fully booked—a fact that now makes sense—but because of this, they absolutely refuse to issue refunds under any circumstances.)

Room and bed. 1. Breakfast Coffee 2. Security man. They do nothing. Just only move when there is a VIP license arrive
