Great location for walking to Manhattan, away from the chaos of Times Square. Excellent nearby services like two subway stations and various restaurants. The rooms are small, typical of NYC hotels, maybe a bit tight for four people.

מיקום, יחס עלות - תועלת טוב מאוד. ביקשנו מספר פעמים מהקבלה לבדוק משהו במקלחת, לא הגיעו, לא עדכנו (שני אנשי קבלה שונים)

The hotel’s location is great for accessing the metro, and the breakfast was very good.

The room wasn’t ready until after 3 pm even though the website listed 3 pm as the check‑in time. The floor was dirty, the AC was over‑powered, the breakfast selection was very limited, and while some staff were friendly, most of the people I met were extremely slow.

The subway is within walking distance, making it convenient to get anywhere, there’s a microwave available, the staff are kind, and the place is clean. However, the room is cramped, there’s no space around the mirror to put things, and the Wi‑Fi is not hotel‑only—it only works on the city’s public network, which is inconvenient (the hotel staff only mentioned that Wi‑Fi).
