The hotel is fairly well located, just a walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Antibes centre. Daily access to a nice spa and the bedding is relatively comfortable. The value for money is quite shocking. The classic room is tiny, very old, and smells of sewage and old carpet in both the room and hotel corridors; the décor is completely outdated (the room feels almost glass‑like because it’s dim and sad), there’s only one outlet for two people, and the TV is tiny. The worst part: paid sun loungers (very expensive, as if the tiny room price were already absurd) and misleading photos because the hotel isn’t directly on the beach. And of course, despite the exorbitant price, breakfast isn’t included.

Perfect location, helpful attendants, and when I requested something in the room it arrived right away. I have nothing I didn’t like.
