The manager went above and beyond, delivering top‑class customer service, but I missed breakfast 😭.

There’s no elevator, the free breakfast is minimal, and the king‑size bed was awful—just springs that were hard, so when I tried to climb in my knee hurt. The hair dryer didn’t work, the interior was all fried, the fridge was dented, and the ironing board cover was dirty and worn.

I skipped breakfast, the Wi‑Fi was dead, the AC unit leaked onto the carpet so my socks got soaked, the fridge freezer leaked onto my leftovers and I had to toss them—nothing about it appealed to me.
