The staff, the location and the breakfast were all super top. We had the room facing Kantstraße this time, which was very noisy. The rooms could be larger and a small fridge is missing.

It was clean, didn’t smell, the elevator always arrived immediately, the shower was pleasant, the bed was nice and soft, and the TV worked. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The staff were very friendly, smiling, and on point. I liked it. I’ll come back. I need a lot of quiet. My room faced Kantstraße, so it was quite noisy. Sirens day and night. I slept a bit unquietly.

The hotel is two minutes on foot from the S-Bahn, and the metro station is right outside, very convenient for transport. The Berlin Opera is only 10 minutes away. The room was small but cozy, on the 5th floor with windows overlooking the street; roadworks were happening and could be heard, though not critical. The mattress and pillows were very good. Hot water and a strong water pressure were provided. The shower cabin was tight; people with larger bodies might find it inconvenient. There was no fridge, and the young man at reception had a high voice, was strict, and did not allow early check‑in. On the street near the hotel, marginal people roam, which is due to the proximity of the station, though the hotel itself is not involved.

Central location and good public transport connections. We booked a double room facing the courtyard. On arrival the room was only set up for one person. By chance we noticed the room had been double‑booked. Another guest was handed the same room key!!? The access to the courtyard is extremely narrow and winding. The breakfast was okay, but the premises were very sterile and not inviting. The staff were correct, but far from friendly. The room was extremely small (max 20 m²) and the equipment very Spartan. Hygiene items were not refilled. And we paid 759 € for two nights with parking.
