The room was clean and newly renovated, and the pool area offered great views of the sea. However, there were many ants in the room, and the breakfast did not meet my expectations.

This hotel is spectacular with a great atmosphere and a very relaxed location. Our room offered a stunning sea view. The continental breakfast had different options every day, something for everyone. The beach is a 5‑minute walk away, and the free shuttle bus conveniently takes you to the main road. Rooms are very clean and spacious, and housekeeping was excellent and polite. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly, and the pool and bar are perfect for afternoons and evenings. We dined a few times and the food was delicious with fresh fruit. I would give it a 10/10 and recommend it for a relaxed vacation far from the city’s hustle and bustle, with a clean and peaceful environment.

We asked to leave later, and they allowed us to stay until 14:00 without extra charge. The staff were very kind and helpful. However, everything else required an additional fee—extra towels cost one euro per day, and they wouldn’t let us take towels out of the room. The billiard table, the only game available, was also charged. Breakfast was really unappetizing, even the coffee was bad. The hotel is at the mountain’s edge, there are few shuttles, and the last one leaves at 21:00.

The hotel looked newer than the photos on Booking. The hotel’s minibuses to the city center run at set times—convenient and saves on taxis. The pool is good, pleasant, and well maintained. The hotel is on the mountain’s slope. The room was upgraded to a newer one due to hotel crowding, and the staff were eager to help. However, the initial cleaning and maintenance were inadequate, and only after complaints did the service improve. Towels were not changed daily. Room cleaning was not thorough enough. Daily coffee and room supplies were not adequately replenished. The bathroom lacked sufficient soap and single-use hygiene products. An extra pool towel costs 1 euro per day. Using the safe costs 2 euros per night. Breakfast had a very limited selection for kosher diners, and additional coffee products had to be requested rather than being automatically provided.
