The accommodation was closed. We stood in front of locked doors even though we had already paid and confirmed the booking online. A free cancellation isn’t possible, and the fact that this property is still listed is absolutely unacceptable. The customer service is far from low‑threshold; it takes a lot of time and nerves to sort out the issue and get any refund. Be careful!

The staff are very friendly. The room is clean, the bed comfortable, and they provide free coffee and water. There’s also a guitar if you like playing.
