How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We arrived very late and left very early, but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable; the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming, and we appreciated the bottled water in the room.

The walls and ceiling didn’t block noise well; I stayed on a Friday night and could hear footsteps and doors opening and closing in the corridor all night.

I didn’t eat breakfast, but everything else was fine.

The room was clean upon arrival. They have a nice lobby with bar and food for purchase. Roaches in gym and a friend had one in her room, hotel staff very unprofessional bordering harassment of guest, you’re not allowed to sit in the lobby bar to eat after 8:30pm on weekends, we were told to go to our rooms. Policy states quiet hours are 10pm but front desk staff harassed us both night sending us to our rooms at 8:30pm. Even posted paper all over hotel stating New Rules. We will never stay here again. Also we stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned

The room was beautiful and the personalization was a nice touch, but breakfast was not included.
