The property boasts two gardens and a pool, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the great outdoor space. Inside, the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen well‑equipped. The location is ideal, just a 10‑minute drive to Cortona and a 5‑minute walk to the nearest village, Camucia, for markets and restaurants. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable and slow, making streaming hard; if you need to work on vacation, this could be an issue. A notebook with instructions for the coffee makers, pool lights, etc., would be helpful. The downstairs bed was comfortable, but the bar running along the mattress made getting in and out difficult.
