The place is close to the water, restaurants, and especially Coles supermarket. The apartment is roomy, letting you spread out and hang clothes. The bed is comfortable. Tanya at reception was always ready to help with any questions. The beach view and the constant activity along the promenade were great. It can feel a bit fussy because the designers decided on the layout a long time ago. The bathroom basin is raised above the bench, which is awkward and often splashes water. In other apartments the basin was sunk. We thought tissues could have been provided, as many places do. The toilet paper holders are in a position that forces you to contort to reach the paper. The place was a bit light, for example over the cooking area. The lift was slow and quite frustrating.
