The hotel sits just a stone's throw from the airport and even offers a free shuttle that actually showed up to pick me up, plus it’s a short walk to Pashupatinath Temple. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area feels more local than touristy, letting you soak up real Nepali life. On the downside, the rooms are cramped and not very clean, the elevator is sluggish, and the place could use a bit of refurbishment.

I had a great stay here, thanks to the convenient lift services and the hotel's perfect location, which made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I appreciated the thoughtful gestures from the staff, such as preparing a sandwich for me when I had an early departure and arranging a free airport transfer despite initially saying it wasn't available. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no hot water in my room, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

I liked the property, but had some issues with the bathroom ventilation, which was directly connected to my room and could be improved. Additionally, I felt that the breakfast was not up to par given the price, according to my friend who was with me.
