I chose one of the best resorts in Pondicherry with a private freshwater pool, stunning views, and a beautiful garden to celebrate my birthday with friends — and it was absolutely perfect! Special thanks to the owner and the entire team for their incredible support throughout the event. Your hospitality made everything seamless and memorable. All good , no findings for Cons

I booked a room at Aurobay Resorts, Pondicherry for ₹4675 for my family. Soon after, I was contacted directly by the property, shown some attractive pictures, and persuaded to upgrade to a supposedly better room for ₹7000. To my shock, when I arrived, we were given a dormitory‑style bunker room that had no amenities, no proper view, and no resemblance to what was promised. The room was basic and unfit for a family stay. It was a clear case of misrepresentation and overcharging. This experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead and loot guests. I strongly advise to investigate such practices and warn other travelers to stay cautious about such direct dealings after booking. Definitely not worth the money paid. I will think twice before trusting such listings again.
