The room was quite spacious, the bath towels were of normal size but I needed more pillows—two were not enough. Breakfast was okay; they served scrambled eggs daily and various Korean dishes. The room was definitely quiet, which helped me sleep, but the AC kept shutting off every few hours, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient. The AC unit was either faulty or I just couldn’t figure out the settings at all (used my phone translator), even though it didn’t seem like there was a timer set up. It would literally turn off by itself after a couple of hours, during the day and night, which made it really uncomfortable and inconvenient while sleeping.

We arrived to find the room very dirty; hair was on the floor and various surfaces were sticky. We reported this at reception and received a second room, but that one was also unclean and lacked towels. Due to the hygienic conditions we decided not to stay in the accommodation and had to book another hotel on short notice. We still had to pay the cancellation fee, even though the promised service was not delivered.

Très bonne localisation, proche du centre, du marché couvert et des quelques lieux à visiter sur place, à Seogwipo (prononcez "Soguipo"). le parking en sous sol est très pratique, facile à manoeuvrer et bien éclairé. La chambre etait calme, confortable et spacieuse. Cela ressemble à un hôtel de congrès, et les photos sont celles des plus belles chambres. La propreté était globalement bonne, par contre la tête de douche était tellement sale qu'il faudrait la mettre à la poubelle! Ben oui, ca aussi ça s'entretient! Heureusement le pommeau de douche était bien propre

Overall a great hotel with a great location; everything was clean and nice. The room could use more light.
