“ارجو محاسبة ادارة الفندق لانها تسئ لكم”

The hotel management was extremely bad. After I booked through you, the hotel sent a WhatsApp message apologizing for the lack of availability because of a system error—they hadn’t sent us any room bookings and there were no rooms left to reserve.
