Great, quiet location with a direct view of the Matterhorn, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was first‑class and offered free transport to the train station. The location was a bit inconvenient – a 2 km walk to the city centre and a noticeable climb to the hotel – but we were athletic and it didn’t bother us.
