The location was great, just a short walk from the Canton Fair, but three elevators served the skyscraper and each morning I waited between 10 and 25 minutes for one; the staff’s English was barely functional, the infrastructure was poor, the furniture was in bad shape, there were mold spots in the shower and peeling paint, and the photos online showed a completely different property, making it unsuitable for business travel.
