“Worst hotel experience EVER !”

Don not visit this property at all . Overall hotel furniture and facilities are out dated and badly maintained . Over charging over the water bottles ( 200 per bottle ) , that are local and had bad taste. One of the helper staff ( Danial was very polite , with positive behaviour ) The washroom slippers were torn , we got a used slippers upon multiple request Whole room was full of bugs . Under pillow bedside railing almost everywhere. We were refused breakfast eventhough it was included in our stay .as well as they have mentioned on their website There was only one socket for charging in whole room , and they didn't had any extension wire . The hotel owner overcharged us over check in - checkout excuses . I would not visit this place again !!!. Don not visit this property at all . Only the staff behavior was acceptable. There were many things that created a very disappointing situation: 1. During a 3‑day stay no one came to clean the room and bathroom. 2. In 3 days they didn't change the towel or bedsheets. 3. Many cockroaches were found in the bathroom. 4. No hot water. 5. Some bedbugs were also found. 6. In 3 days they provided only 2 very tiny soaps, which is absolutely not enough for a family (photo attached). I bought my own hand wash from a grocery store. 7. Since the beginning one empty hand wash bottle was in the bathroom, they didn't provide hand wash also (photo attached). 8. The washbasin required maintenance. 9. I asked to stay a few hours for checkout to reach the airport because the weather was very hot, but they refused and charged me Rs 3,000 more for the additional few hours stay, even though they had agreed for the same before booking over the phone. 10. The stay included breakfast, but only the first day they provided breakfast on my call at 11:00 am, and the next day when I called at 10:40 am for the same they refused and said this option was available only up to 10 am, whereas the first day they provided breakfast at 11:30 am. 11. No proper backup for load shedding of electricity. NOTE: ON FIRST DAY I SPOKE TO COUNTER THAT ONE OF MY FAMILY WILL COME AFTER 3 WEEKS, BUT WITH THE ABOVE SITUATION I SUGGESTED TO MY FAMILY TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL, NOT THIS HOTEL.

The location was good. The fridge, however, was not working.

The experience here was a complete disaster from start to finish. The washroom was a joke, with no proper doors, and the water quality was appalling. To make matters worse, there was no power outlet to charge my phone, and the bed was an absolute nightmare to sleep on. It's a place I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
