Location, pool, price, and friendly staff. Power outage and water cut in the shower. The lock and door were very old. Check‑in wasn’t really at the announced time.

We stayed one night at this hotel, very well located on the parking of Kelingking Beach, perfect for watching sunrise or sunset to avoid the crowds at Kelingking Beach.

The spot was spot‑on for seeing Kelingking without crowds early or late in the day, the staff were sweet, very attentive, and always ready to help, and the room was clean. However, the facilities were pretty neglected—pool hammocks were broken and you couldn’t even sit on them.

I liked the location, but the photos online made the place look better than it actually is.
