The staff were friendly and helpful. The place advertises itself as pet‑friendly, but aside from allowing pets, it fails to meet any other pet‑friendly criteria. I arrived with a medium‑sized dog; we were assigned a room on the floor, and a very steep staircase leads up, making everyday tasks with the dog difficult. The outdoor areas are completely unsuitable for staying with a medium‑sized dog.

The staff were very kind, already waiting for me after the check‑in and showing me around the room, which is nice, modern, and very clean. I left with very positive memories. The bathroom was freshly cleaned and had a scented shower gel. The TV offered more than just the basic channels; the selection was quite wide. The room had a kettle, tea, coffee, and chocolate. I recommend it to anyone in the area looking for good accommodation.
