The location is great, the staff were courteous, and the place stayed clean, with no issues.

The location is good. The staff are outdated and not very helpful. The room smells musty, and breakfast is closed too early, even though it’s supposed to be open until 10 am.

The hotel was overbooked and we lost our reservation. We rode for 11 hours and had to find another hotel at 1 am. SUCKS!

Nothing positive. You double‑charged me—charged once and then the hotel again.
