The spot is great, but the split‑type air‑con in the family room doesn’t cool enough.

The staff were warm and genuinely hospitable, and the Cantina Mexica Restaurant is a must‑try – the food, pancakes, coffee, champorado, and drinks were all good, with B1T1 mocktails that were affordable; they also host open mic and a live band. They charge extra for pets but prepare a bed and treats for them, which is great. As a commuter I rely on bokyo/tricycle, but if you drive the place feels very quiet and peaceful. The downside was a smell in the toilet every morning and the room, especially the toilet, looked a bit old.

Breakfast is good, but the internet is slow.

The room is so clean, though I wish there were an extra trash bin inside the room instead of just in the restroom, and I’d like slippers to use – otherwise I’m very satisfied.

Very affordable, clean and accessible, with a few restaurants and a mini‑mart nearby. The staff are accommodating, and I enjoyed the free coffee and breakfast.
