I went with my kids to relax and enjoy the weekend in Pipa, and we picked Resort Sombra e Água Fresca. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and all the staff from arrival to departure. Everyone was always very helpful and polite. Reception provided all the tour and restaurant suggestions with a lot of patience and willingness. I also want to thank employee Carlos Alberto, who gave us attention and was very helpful at the restaurant and the wet bar, as well as Eraldo Pereira, who, with all his friendliness, would take us in the reception’s transport cart to the restaurant, always “with emotion.” The hotel’s food is also excellent. In short, I was very satisfied with all the service and team at the hotel. Highly recommend!
