The staff were nice, breakfast was good, and the garden was lovely, but the onsen felt a bit old and tired, and overall the hotel looked quite worn.

The location was amazing, the Japanese‑style room was great, the staff were courteous and spoke a good amount of English, she even gave us a free ride to the snow monkey park, and I’d give it a 10/10.
