The location was great and the room was larger than average for Amsterdam. The staff were super friendly, and the building’s story added a little extra to the stay. It would have been nice to have a small common area to hang out. The room was a bit too perfumed and seemed a little damp, but maybe that’s just Amsterdam.

The room’s look and feel were great, but the shower door got stuck – the glass door was quite scary.

This is a beautiful hotel. Attention to detail is second to none. The property is a gorgeous location and also conveniently located. The staff were attentive. The breakfast was exceptional. I cannot recommend it more highly.

The hotel sits in a great spot, just five tram stops from the central station and also walkable, while the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant. The décor throughout feels very artistic and my Rembrandt‑named room was spacious with excellent attention to detail, opening straight onto a canal view. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was incredibly plentiful, and every staff member was genuinely friendly – I’d highly recommend it.
