How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were very accommodating and flexible with specific requests, and the location was easy to spot. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so the main road nearby made it a bit noisy with vehicle horns.

I had to cancel last minute, claiming emergency repairs, but I was actually heading to a conference. The conference hall was just a few minutes' walk, so it seemed like they over‑booked. The “No Prepayment Option” felt like a scam, and they called me on the day of check‑in.

The location was good, but the room size was a drawback.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. There was a little road noise from the main road; requesting a park‑facing room instead of a road‑facing one would solve that.

The location was very good, though I didn’t eat breakfast. As mentioned in a few other reviews, there’s a certain smell in the bathroom; the bathrooms are very clean, so it may be coming from outside rather than the hotel itself.
