“It was a good experience. thanks”
The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I’d love to know who makes it. The shower water leaked out of the bathroom.

The central city location is close to public transport and the early check‑in was convenient. However, there was a serious lack of security: no ID check at reception, the lift wasn’t protected by a swipe card, and the manual lock on the room door didn’t work. The bathroom design was awful—basin and towel racks were inside the shower, and there was no door, so the whole room got wet.

The host at the desk was very welcoming and kind, but the sink still shows residue from previous guests.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly, but the room was a bit cramped. The shower didn’t drain well, leaving the floor wet, and when it rained, water leaked onto the floor by the window even though we didn’t open it.
