The room was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was very friendly.

The place was very quiet, a cozy little room in a good area. The roof terrace was lovely and spotless, and self‑check‑in was easy. The 2.4g Wi‑Fi was unusable; it wouldn’t even load emails, so I had to disconnect and use my own data. There was only one coffee cup and a teaspoon, so there was no way to cook or eat anything. I brought a fork and ate off the packaging, using the teaspoon for soup. A few more basic kitchen items would help. The refrigerator, microwave, and air‑conditioning shared one outlet, so you have to choose which one to use; a power strip would solve that. There were no drapes in front of the terrace door next to the bed, so you need to close the external shutters for any privacy from the neighbors. The shower turned to ice mid‑shampoo; I had to wait a while for more hot water and chose to finish up quickly.

The location, cleanliness, and accessories were good. The room lighting was poor and the host was somewhat absent.
