A great hotel with a pool and sauna. We stayed in the tower room with a spiral staircase, which felt very cozy. It’s located outside Karlovy Vary, quietly in the woods. The hotel restaurant was also very good.

Everything—equipment, breakfast, other food options, friendly service, and the wellness area—was exceptionally good. The only drawback was the mattresses and the size of the double bed, which weren’t optimal.

The accommodation has a unique charm. The sweeping staircases, high ceilings in the rooms, and the restaurant cellar are all inviting. The spa offers everything expected, and the friendliness and helpfulness are outstanding. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and there’s a lovely terrace for coffee, a tasteful gallery room that encourages quiet reading, and excellent food. The train station about 350 m away gives quick access to Karlovy Vary’s main shopping street, and Marienbad is also conveniently reachable by train. Golfers can play at a demanding course right next to the hotel. The parking area is closed and video‑monitored at night. Nothing to complain about—we’ll return. The house keeps guests fit because stairs must be climbed, and while the beds could be a bit wider, they sleep very well, and the complaints are at a very high level.

A one‑night stay in a nice castle‑style room with a large bathroom and living area. We used the wellness area with a pool and saunas. Towels were available in the room, and the breakfast was rich.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent and generous! The staff were very attentive and friendly. The building and surroundings were wonderful, offering great hiking and excursions, and there’s even a small train station. We were surprised by the comfort! All in all, a successful vacation, and we recommended the accommodation to friends.
