“Ratas en las zonas comunes y acceso a personal externo a instalaciones para amenazar a huéspedes”
The pool was fine, but there were huge rats jumping over trees and running through corridors, many ants in the room, staff with very little training and almost no English. On 19 March it was the silence day when you cannot leave the street in all Bali. Before booking we asked reception if we could use the pool that day even if we didn’t leave the hotel, and they said yes. When the day came they told us it was a reception error and we could not leave even from the rooms. Suddenly the hotel allowed access to a religious event in the neighborhood that climbed my floor and others’ to threaten us that we couldn’t leave the room. That person was not hotel staff nor accompanied. It’s amazing the hotel allows such violations of privacy and safety for guests. A real scam to attract customers on Bali’s silence day. The rats in the corridors had more freedom than we did… Avoid this place at all costs, they’re not ready for tourism. 0/10
“Good deal for the money and I love the staff!”
The staff are great, everyone is super friendly/helpful and some speak English. Everything is clean as you walk through the common areas. It’s more of a locals place and I like that. Go do stuff while you’re here!. The pool is small, with little sun bathing area. Other than that it’s fine. I love the plants everywhere
“Je n’ai pas aimé mon séjour dans cette hôtel”
The fact that there was a good price‑quality ratio was a plus. Mold stains, the ceiling leaked big drops because of the rain, lots of limescale in the bathroom, no support to put things in the bathroom, the smells were lacking, there were insect droppings on the bed and floor in the room.
“When I go to Bali, this is where I stay.”
The location is good for Me- I’ve seen complaints about it, and they’re right for tourists. The staff are all very nice and I like how everything looks like Bali inside the common areas and love the coy pond. Sometimes the bikes are parked too close together and my bike gets scratched. Also hard to get out when they’re packed too close
Very comfortable and spacious.
