The staff were courteous when I arrived and every day. The roof of the room’s terrace was made of eternit, which I could see. The kitchen wasn’t always good, and on some evenings there was no bread and some dishes were poorly cooked.

The place is in a great spot. The staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly. The room was large and I liked the seating area. Oddly, there was soap in the shower but none by the bathroom sink. The towels were threadbare. The floor was very uneven and not really safe to walk on.

Our room felt like a trip back in time :) the rooms were very, very spacious. The breakfast buffet was large and good.

The host was super attentive and helpful. Ideal for a hiking holiday (the hiking buses stop right in front of the hotel, and the Kärnten Card is issued here).
