I was genuinely amazed by the owner's friendliness, always ready to help with anything and give solid tips on how to get around Lanciano, where to park, and great places to eat, and by the accommodation itself, not brand‑new but fully equipped. The rooms were spotless and stocked with everything you could need, from bottled water in the fridge to power adapters. Highly recommended; we'll be back soon.

We had a truly pleasant stay! The ground‑floor room was spotless, tidy, and fitted with all the comforts, including TV, air conditioning, and a nice outdoor space. A special thank you to the owner, who was genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs with great courtesy. The location is excellent: just outside the center but close to everything. We felt right at home.
