The property is a 5‑minute walk from Pinerolo. The room is very cozy, clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom that has everything you need. There is a sizable condominium parking lot, and the lady is very hospitable and willing to help with anything. Breakfast arrives ready upon arrival, is plentiful, and the room even has a fridge stocked with milk and juices. There is a small terrace for outdoor time, but the only cooling option is a fan, not air conditioning.

The place is very tidy, the breakfast is good and abundant, the host is very friendly, and the terrace is excellent. Right next to the property there is a water park that also includes a dinosaur park, and in front of the property stands a castle. In front of the property there is a public transport stop, but the frequency of transport in the area is low, and on Sundays there are no transport options that serve the property at all.

The room was spacious and well furnished, with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. The lady Antonella was courteous. The packaged breakfast was plentiful. The location on a moderately busy street was a drawback.
