We left shortly after arrival. The staff were very helpful and nice. It is definitely a good venue for a large gathering… it just didn’t fit us. The location of the hotel and the room were not bad. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and some things need to be replaced.

We arrived at the hotel and paid for two nights including breakfast; we were inside for 20 minutes when a call from home told us we had to rush back to the Netherlands due to family circumstances. The hotel promised via email that they would refund us, but we still haven’t received the money, and they’re not responding to our emails—very unprofessional and customer‑unfriendly, especially when it comes to handling payments.

The location is quiet and low‑key, and the staff were flexible because of unforeseen events. The weather was bad, but that’s unavoidable, and there were no coat hooks.
