The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. From the welcome to check‑out they were all well‑trained and wonderful with guests. The rug in the bedroom needed cleaning, but it was a minor fault.

The signage was overdone—so many Tip signs everywhere, it was ridiculous.

The main building is charming with great parking. It’s very close to downtown and offers a free shuttle to anywhere within 10 minutes, including beaches and the boardwalk. The garden rooms were old but clean. Breakfast was good, with omelettes being the highlight. The front desk staff were very good. The satellite TV didn’t work; it kept freezing every few minutes so you couldn’t watch anything from start to finish.
