Saigon Nam Long Hotel

The reception was very professional and friendly, with a porter for the suitcases and a super efficient, helpful travel agency on the ground floor. They organized a trip to Phu Quoc, including stays in Can Tho, plus a visit and excursion to the Cu Chi tunnels, and everything went smoothly. The location is great and very accessible. The only downside was a bit of noise on the upper floors because of the neighborhood, and there was no breakfast included with the nights.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Nam Long Hotel on two separate occasions. The place is perfectly situated, the room was well kept, and the staff were friendly and professional. The receptionists were kind, and the lady who manages the hotline was lovely, dedicated, and always ready to help. I have wonderful memories of this stay and I highly recommend the Nam Long Hotel. Thank you to everyone for your dedication to guests—you’re doing a great job!

The facilities and front‑door staff were solid. The only thing I’d add is that the town is large, and I personally prefer quieter places.

The location is close to all conveniences, the reception is welcoming, and the cleanliness is good. The noise from neighbors and outside, plus poor sound insulation, are the negatives.
