Even though the usual breakfast didn’t include porridge, I asked for it and they made it for me, which I really appreciated. I wanted a late checkout because my flight was at night, but they charged 10,000 won per hour, so I simply booked an extra night instead. The base rate was cheap, making the stay a good value.

The location is great! The bathroom was dirty, it was very noisy, trash was visible outside the window, and there was no balcony to sit on. The room wasn’t cleaned even once in the two days, so I left for another hotel and didn’t get any refund.

The staff were always helpful and smiling, making the stay enjoyable; the room was roomy and comfortable, and the pool area was nice and relaxing. However, the restaurant could use improvement: dinner service was shut in the evenings because of low occupancy, and breakfast options were quite limited.

The staff were really lovely and the location was spot on, plus it was a great value for the price. However, the hotel was showing its age - the rooftop was closed, leaving no place to grab a drink, and the restaurant food was pretty bad. To top it off, the AC wasn't doing its job, making it sweltering inside, and the outdoor area was closed too.
