I adored everything – the spot, the staff, the amenities, and how friendly everyone was; this hotel is truly a gem.

I was just steps from the historic center and everything was great, the location was perfect and everything else was fine.

Everything at this hotel is excellent. The 24‑hour café is great, the welcome with coffee and a snack is the best, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. If I return to CM, I’ll definitely stay here again. I just wish I could have stayed one more day!

The bed felt super comfy, breakfast was consistently tasty, and the staff were fantastic, especially Jair and Ulisis. The window offered no view, there was only one washcloth total when we needed two, and just one towel per person when we wanted two per person.
