The staff were friendly and I appreciate that. I asked for extra blankets but the hotel didn’t give them; it’s very cold, so I had to bring more blankets and sheets to feel comfortable because the hotel’s climate is too chilly.

Nothing positive. The hotel was booked and paid for only to discover that no rooms were available.
