I was called at the last minute to inform me that my room reservation wasn't confirmed and I wasn't offered a solution. Although I was initially concerned, I was relieved to find that the hotel's staff were friendly and welcoming, which made up for the initial hiccup. The hotel's location was also very convenient for my needs. However, the lack of confirmation on my reservation left me feeling a bit uncertain about my stay.
