I didn’t like the TV; it has no international channels and poor Wi‑Fi. They need to upgrade the entertainment quality and modernise the TV.

Located in Caracas' Sabana Grande, the Meliá Caracas offers luxurious rooms in classical European style, each with a bathroom, bathtub, and hairdryer. The hotel features an outdoor pool with hydromassage tub and sauna, 3 world-class restaurants, and a gym with cardio and fitness activities. It's near Sabana Grande Boulevard, Plaza Bolívar, and Cerro El Avila National Park, with the metro station 2 blocks north.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent location, but the facilities are a bit old.

Nothing positive. Arriving at check‑in took 1 hour and 30 minutes, only one staff member was available, and when I got to the room on the 16th floor the key card wasn’t set up, so I had to go down again; the room was full of dust, the floor carpet was completely stained and dirty, and the sheets were generally dusty.

The location and cleanliness are good, but the place is too deteriorated, with cracked walls and friezes that could fall in the rooms. It urgently needs a renovation… the faucets are rusty and the carpets are worn out… everything is old and ugly.
