How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

I liked the location and that there was free parking. I didn't like the way I should enter the property. Few hours to the entry when I asked for the details for the entry the person who runs the property asked for my passport. I did sent my passport but even half an hour before entering I had no details. Then the guy said what time exactly I should go to the place so he can do face check over the entry camera if I'm the same person who made the booking. I was exhausted from the travel any way and dealing with someone for 1st time since I'm using , I have never been treated like criminal. I asked said that this the procedure they fallow and when I check on the advert there was no such a steps warning for the entry. Any way the guy done the face check and send me the details for the entry. In the property there was no iron, no hairdryer. The double bed should be in there was 2 single ones made in a double which were super uncomfortable and I was keep falling in the middle of the bed as the mattress were zero quality. I was disappointed from my stay

“disappointed , wish for a partial refund to be honest”

The property had so much potential , shame i walked in to a uncleaned room with a phone call 5 mins later from the owner asking if it’s okay it hasn’t been cleaned then , also went to shower and realised it has 0 hot water , if this was well looked after it could be a amazing stay , sadly very very very disappointed. “Great place, great price.”

Very clean and spacious room, everything you need for your stay. Hassle free entry, codes were sent over as soon as we arrived. Heaters available in the room too. I only have 1 negative, Unfortunately the shower knob/dial thingy was broken so we couldn’t turn the shower temperature up/down but luckily I can deal with cold showers
