The bed was comfy, but I’m allergic to dust and it got worse during my stay, so the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

The family room was convenient, but it would help if the hotel added a lift or another way for families with babies under one year old, since lugging gear up to Level 2 is tough.
The room was spotless and the water heater worked great; there were plenty of convenience stores nearby, and the air conditioning kept the room cool.
